As part of its training program, the Labex TULIP organizes its fourth Summer School in Integrative Ecology and Biology “Biological interactions from genes to ecosystems” (18-24 July 2015). The scientific programme includes plenary lectures and workshops, and covers genetic, molecular, physiological, evolutionary and ecological aspects of interactions between organisms and between organisms and their environments, in microbial, plant and animal biology. You will meet top international experts, as well as top Toulouse researchers working in these fields, and experience an innovative training using project-based learning.

Oliver (Curtin University of Technology - Australia) Marc-Andre Selosse (National museum - France) William Vickery (Quebec University at Montréal - Canada) Ulf Dieckmann (International Institute for Applied Systems Analysis - Austria) TULIP researchers who will stay with students the whole week and have already confirmed their participation: Audran Corinne (GBF), Danchin Etienne (EDB), Mazars Christian (LRSV), Raffaele Sylvain (LIPM), Roby Dominique (LIPM), Roy Mélanie (EDB), Thebaud Christophe (EDB)... More on TULIP LabEx website... Through plenary lectures and workshops, the program will cover many features of organism-organism interactions from both ecological and biological points of views. The programme will also include visit of unique place like the Experimental Ecology Center of CNRS in Moulis... At a glance : - Actively participate in elaborating research projects during workshops, - Meet experts from Toulouse and other internationally renowned laboratories, - Enjoy the inspiring Pyrenees location chosen for the Summer School. Free accommodation is provided for all participants, limited in number to a total of 25 (undergraduate, graduate and post-docs)
